Ontevo, getting a paid AI product ready to charge for

Ontevo, formerly Lighthouse Insights, is a US SaaS that scans a company's online presence against its competitors and turns it into next actions, with a creative studio, customer simulations and advisor chat. Paid plans, tenant safety and admin tools had to land in a codebase that several teams work on.

During a UI overhaul I moved the frontend from Axios to RTK Query and from Formik to React Hook Form with Zod, and added design tokens, loading and error states and accessibility fixes.

I built pricing, checkout and entitlements driven by Stripe webhooks, scoped customer simulation runs and cohorts by tenant, mirrored gallery images with SSRF checks, and added a Super Admin dashboard, role-based write gating and a panel that explains each score.

415 frontend and 222 backend commits since 04/2026, out of 1,983 and 4,687 in the two repositories P1, with 215 frontend and 78 backend test files added P2.

The product, its data and its decisions belong to Ontevo, and Van leads the engineering. I don't publish screens of the app, so this record has none; the public sign-in page is linked instead.
